The all-caps, Times New Roman lecture about the unsuccessful lending library that had been slowly developing in the restroom of my doctor's office is a classic, in and of itself.
However, the hand-written follow-up makes it priceless because hooks had been in high demand long before the "reading material" debacle ever began.
