Tilting at Windmills

‎... where the "windmills" in this case refers to "people who leave their dishes laying around" and "tilting" means "reminding them yet again to not do it, because this time they might actually read the sign and follow through."

A shame that the hand-written addition only made sense when the sink was full.  Thanks for admonishing in MARKER, Anonymous.

Sent from my BlackBerry (and no, I'm not embarrassed to reveal that)

Poetic Injustice

A rhyme scheme.  A dozen exclamation marks.  An angry, conflicted disclaimer.

All authored by a committee known as "We".

You unsanitary bitches in the Ladies Room, you're pissing off the "We"!!

Incoming: The Demise of The Reading Nook

The all-caps, Times New Roman lecture about the unsuccessful lending library that had been slowly developing in the restroom of my doctor's office is a classic, in and of itself.

However, the hand-written follow-up makes it priceless because hooks had been in high demand long before the "reading material" debacle ever began.

Bravo.
